How long we keep information:

We keep client data for the length of the contractual agreement and 12 months from the date of termination, this is to adequately address any complaints. Data collected for marketing purposes is destroyed after 24 Months from aquiring the data, this is for 'inactive accounts' (inactive is described as not interacting with any marketing material for 11 consecutive issues). Active clients will continue to have their data retained for marketing purposes until their account becomes 'inactive'.
